Sergio Rodriguera Jr.
Sergio Rodriguera Jr. is a Professional Staff Member on the House Committee on Financial Services. Before moving to the Committee, he was Speechwriter to House Majority Leader Eric Cantor and previously served as Senior Vice President at Sphere Consulting. After graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Mr. Rodriguera served as a Naval Officer aboard the USS CURTS (FFG 38) and moved to the Reserves where he was recalled to active duty in 2009 to serve as Executive Officer of the Afghan Threat Finance Cell in Kabul as a Navy Intelligence Officer. He was Special Advisor to the Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence at the Department of Treasury and Hispanic Outreach Coordinator for President Bush's successful re-election campaign. He is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, serves on the Military Families United Board and life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
